One of the anchors of Paris’ long and storied history is the presence of literally hundreds of churches. Everyone knows about Notre Dame de Paris, and Sacre Coeur, and even Sainte-Chapelle. But do you know about the beautiful interior dome of St. Francis Xavier, the blink-and-you’ll miss it location where the Blessed Virgin appeared to St. Catherine Laboure, or the shrine to all those young French missionaries who went to Indochina? In between visits to these underappreciated churches we will stop in some lovely gardens, the brilliant and natural buffers to the City of Light.
The tour will last 3 hours, cover 7 churches and 2 gardens, and your admission includes coffee and snacks along the way at locals’ favorites.
